Terms & Conditions – Please Read Before Booking

By booking with M&C Logistics, you agree to the following:
    •    All delivery rates are based on single-person service.
    •    Helper fees range from $35 to $55, depending on distance, delivery difficulty, and number of items.
(Customers may waive this fee by assisting with the delivery.)
    •    All deposits are non-refundable.
    •    Returns require full payment, plus a 50% return fee based on the original delivery price.
    •    All deliveries are final. Exchanges or additional services will require a separate booking.
    •    Customers assume full responsibility for any risks or damages associated with the delivery.

To ensure safety, efficiency, and clarity, please note that we do not provide the following services:
    •    Product Assembly or Disassembly: All items must be pre-assembled and ready for transport.
    •    Out-of-State Deliveries: Our services are currently limited to in-state pickups and drop-offs.
    •    Transport of High-Value Items: We do not handle single items valued over $10,000.
    •    Stair Carry Service: Deliveries requiring stair access must have elevator availability. If not, an additional fee applies per flight of stairs and must be arranged in advance.
